How it is installed and how it works...

The SpamExperts service is installed in the domain's website control panel (Cpanel) and is fully automatic.  Once installed and the administrator sets the "Automatically Activate for all Recipents" is "enabled", daily email reports are sent to each email account user showing a list of "Quarantined" emails for you to review.  It is fully automatic!

At the time the email account user receives their first notification and every daily notification after that a link is provided to the email users SpamExperts "Spam Folder" login screen.  Once the email account user has been enrolled they can login anytime to view live "Quarantines" that have not been sent to the email user in the last 24-hours or since the last daily report was sent.

The experts say leave the settings defaulted as those settings work best for most spamming issues.  AHostCo has found that to be true.

Each email account user has their own "Quarantine Spam Folder" that contains and holds only their suspected spam emails.  Each email user gets a report emailed to them for their review.  At that time the email user can review the emails captured in the Spam Quarantine list and select any of the following for that email:

Use the Release to deliver the email to who it was addressed.
Use the Release and Train to indicate that a mistake was made and that the system should automatically adjust and deliver the email to who it was addressed.
Use the Whitelist Sender and Release to whitelist and send all mail from that email address.
Use the Blacklist Sender and Remove to block all mail sent to your email address and delete it from the Quarantine Folder.
Note: When each email user receives their "SpamExperts Daily Report" they can look it over and delete it from their email or they can selectively adjust the incoming spam with the settings listed above.

Each email administrator (Cpanel access) has a master "Quarantine Spam Folder" that contains and holds all the suspected spam emails from all the email account users.  This is for the email administrator to monitor spamming activities and use additional utilities in the SpamExperts configuration.

The main Spam Quarantine Folder is where all the domains quarantined email will store the spammed emails for 30-days and then they will be automatically deleted.  You will always have 30-days of history in your Quarantined Spam Folder.
