Using cutting edge technology, we will schedule a session in which we can access your computer remotely and actually view your desktop and manipulate the mouse and keyboard to address your issue for you. The sessions can only be started by you, and you can disconnect at any time. No software is permanently installed on your computer.  All you need is a small file that you will download from us. This way you are in control, and the sessions will be safe, protecting your data and privacy.
